Managing your account
If you wish to change the password for your Panomio account, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot password" link on the login page. This link is located below the login form and will take you to a password reset page.
How to change a password
- Visit app.panomio.com/login and click on the "Forgot password" link.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Continue".
- Check your email for a password reset link from Panomio.
- Click on the password reset link in the email.
- On the password reset page, enter a new password and confirm it.
- Click the "Submit" button to save your new password.
Please note that the password reset link is only valid for a limited time and can only be used once. If you are having trouble resetting your password, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
To delete your account on Panomio, please contact our support team at email@example.com. Our team will be happy to assist you with the account deletion process.
Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your course data, including media, scenes, and any other information associated with your account, will be permanently removed from our servers.

To merge two accounts, we must verify that you own both accounts. Once we have verified your ownership, we can transfer all the data from one account to another.
