How does the digital preparation guide work?

Before their appointment, patients receive a link to access the digital guide, where they can get familiar with the clinic environment and get answers to their potential questions.

The digital guide starts in the reception area, where the staff welcomes the patient and shows them around the facility.It is then up to the patient to navigate within the digital clinic environment and explore other content.
